IN REGARDS TO COMMISSIONING ME

I have the full right to reject a commission request if  I deem it not suitable/uncomfortable/ etc in my eyes, as well as if the commissioner is being rude/ disrespectful towards me.

I do not reserve queue slots, once I posted the opening if you didn't get the chance to get a slot DO NOT complain/whine/whimper/give me grief etc when it comes to the fact that you didn't get that chance to get the slot.

If you randomly send me a note asking for an early commission when I haven't open I won't respond back to your requests, please wait till I am open in order to place an order.

Full payment has to be upfront before I start on your commission, I do not do reserves.

Payment is through Paypal (USD), sorry but I will not take money orders.

Payment will be though sending an invoice to you after you've contacted me and I ask for your paypal address.

I have the right to cancel the commission mid way and release a partial fund (depending on how much was done) back to the commissioner IF the said commissioner is giving me a hard time/being rude towards me, and as the penalty won't get any artwork from me and will be placed on my watch out list/black list.

I will refund the money back if said commissioner request it, if its still in the concept stage then its full refund but after I start doing the line artwork the refund cut will be 75% back to the payee, 50% back if in the coloring flat, 25% back if in the shading. You will get the artwork but when it comes to the shading it'll be simple shading without much of the ambient detail.

I will not refund the payment if the artwork is complete and have it posted up.

During the process I will often on send sizable thumbnails of the picture at each phase to see if things look good for your end, I want to make sure that your commission comes out good in the end so helpful advice will be asked but this will delay the artwork slightly esp after the line artwork and shading. But I ask is not to save the snapshots and post them out, wait till the commission is fully done. But if requesting an edit to be done you're limit is 2 per phase only.

You may re-post your commission where ever you like, but please give proper credits in the description. How ever you are not allowed to sell copies.
